Fall 2026 SIS TA Applications LIFESCI/SCICOMM 3P03 Class A only

Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding:

Applications will be due Monday June 1st @ 11:59pm EDT. There are no exceptions to this deadline.
At the end of this portal, you will need to upload one merged '.pdf' file containing:
- A single cover letter
- A resume
- An unofficial grade report or transcript (Found on Mosaic>Student Center>My Academics>Unofficial Transcript)
- If you've already applied to the primary TA application portal, you can re-upload the same file as you did there. This survey has been created to capture LIFESCI/SCICOMM 3P03 TA applicants due to this course being absent on the primary TA application portal.
If you exit this survey before fully completing and submitting, your responses may not be saved.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning on April 20th by some instructors (but not necessarily all instructors will begin early review - many will wait until the applications fully close and start interviews in June).
Only applicants who are identified for interviews will be contacted.
