These waiver requests are only for LIFESCI and SCICOMM course codes - other requests (i.e. MATH, CHEM, STATS) should be made to the department offering that course or to the Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies Office for the Faculty of Science.
Only those waiver requests that are completed in their entirety and have an unofficial transcript attached will be reviewed. If there is an error in your student number or email, your waiver will not be successfully processed, so please be sure these fields are accurate.
