The information from this survey will assist McMaster researchers understand the concerns and barriers in the South Asian communities for the COVID-19 vaccine. This is an anonymous survey. Your personal information will be kept confidential. The data will be received and summarized for use by the McMaster researchers to share COVID-19 information needs and help inform our Public Health partners (and other government stakeholders) on the policy decision-making for the South Asian community.
