This registration will take you 1 minute to complete. 

OVERVIEW

During the Sping of 2026, RISE coaches interviewed OHTs & PCNs and the majority identified an interest in participating in a new form of support – peer problem solving sessions.

What are they? Interactive improvement sessions to apply learnings of a specific PC concept (e.g., developing a reliable attachment process) which help OHTs/PCNs to achieve their deliverables and improve their local PC system.  

Who should participate? This session is only open to those leading PC/PC working groups members/those leading PC clinics.

 

July 23 (11am-12pm) session: 'staging the work' for improving your local PC system.

Estimated time commitment: A one-hour session plus additional work between sessions. As this sesion will build on it, it is also recommended that participants attend (or viewing of recording) of the July 16th (11am-12pm) session.

July 23rd session objectives:

  • Discussion with peers at similar stages to share learnings on what worked well
  • Problem solve with RISE coaches and peers on challenges
  • Continue to adjust your workplan to improve your local PC system
