OVERVIEW
During the Sping of 2026, RISE coaches interviewed OHTs & PCNs and the majority identified an interest in participating in a new form of support – peer problem solving sessions.
What are they? Interactive improvement sessions to apply learnings of a specific PC concept (e.g., leading the development of a reliable attachment process) mean to aid PCNs/OHTs to develop their PC leadership capabilities through confidential discussions with peer teams to solve problems.
Who should participate? This session is only open to those leading PC work at OHTs and PCNs looking to continue to develop their leadership capabilities. Optional to bring additional PC working group members.
October 22 (12pm-1pm) session:
PC landscape, the value propostion of PCNs and the role of Clinical Leaders in achieving PCN results
Estimated time commitment: A one-hour session plus additional work between sessions. It is also recommended that participants attend (or viewing of recording) of the October 14th (12pm-1pm) session, as this session will build on it.
October 22nd session objectives:
- Discuss with peer OHT/PCN clinical leaders at similar stages to share learnings on what worked well as they identify other local PC leaders, create a shared purpose/vision and values and align priorities
- Problem solve with RISE coaches and peer teams on challenges encountered through this work
- Gain ideas about how to lead through change to enable the achievement of PCN deliverables
