Inquiry-Based Teaching and Learning: An Environmental Scan of Approaches Across McMaster University

 

You are invited to take part in a survey on the inquiry approach to teaching and learning at McMaster University administered by Dr. Mark Busser, Dr. Alise de Bie, Aoife Hawthorne, Catherine Hu, Emily Louro, and Professor Sheila Sammon.  


We are hoping to better understand the current landscape of perspectives and approaches to this model of teaching and learning. 

 

To learn more about the survey and the research study, particularly in terms of any associated risks or harms associated with the study, how confidentiality and anonymity will be handled, and how to obtain information about the survey’s results, please read the accompanying letter of information

 

This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will be available until August 13th, 2021. All instructors are invited to participate.  

 

This survey is part of a study that has been reviewed and cleared by the McMaster Research Ethics Board (MREB) (Protocol 5263).
